Below you will find our Refunds and Returns Policy for Goods Purchased via our Paragliding Guide Shop.

Your Rights To Cancel And Return Purchases
We respect you rights to cancel and request a refund. Your right to cancel your order commences at the point of sale and ends 28 days after you have received your goods. (All packages are sent via recorded delivery therefore we must accept the tracking date of delivery at point of receipt of goods.) Please note that the goods must also be returned to us within this 28 days from the point of receipt of goods.
Refunding Shipping Costs
Please note that we will endeavour to Refund your payment within 7 working days from the date we receive the goods back into our care and custody. We will make said arrangements for refund with you directly or, failing so, refund the monies via the method of receipt of payment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received faulty or incorrect items then we will endeavour to replace, refund or exchange for an alternative item with similar value as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
Returning Goods
Please note that all items are subject to inspection and review upon arrival and any damage, wear or action that results in reducing the value of the goods may result in a deduction of the refunded value. Such action may include removal of tags, seals, wrapping or other materials from the purchased item. If your item is personalised in any way this will reduce the value of the item for example custom graphics on wings.
Non-Compliant Returns
We, considering the inspection mentioned above, reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges, or offer only a partial refund or exchange, on items that are received back damaged, worn, soiled, incomplete or items with missing or damaged packaging.
Refunding Shipping costs
It is with regret that we cannot refund the cost incurred for shipping the goods to you or the return shipping costs. If you are within your rights to a refund due to receipt of faulty or incorrect good will reserve the right to only refund the costs of the goods although will consider this on a case by case basis.
Return Addresses
Please contact us for a return address. Where the product is being returned to will depend on the product itself.
Returning purchased items
Please contact us prior to returning items for specific instructions. Please remember to send the item(s) for return with the original invoice (or copy) showing invoice/order number, your full name and address. (Please note these can also be emailed to us but it is important to identify your package and therefore we insist that you must include this in the package also.)
Customer Responsibilities
When purchasing items on this website or any of Paragliding Guides other channels of sales, returning item(s), or conducting any other transaction with/to Paragliding Guide you will be fully responsible for the returning of any items to us, including all postage and packaging costs involved. To ensure goods reach us in a timely and safe fashion we highly recommend that you should use a recorded delivery service or tracking service as we will only provide refunds, exchanges or credit for goods we actually receive.
Please note that you are also responsible for all postage and packaging costs to ship the replacement items to you for which payment must be received in advance.
